Default e, equals m, c, squared

E=MC2, which I believe, briefly states thats all matter is truly a complex form of energy. Does this mean that at my most basic I am really the same material as my chair?

Briefly, yes.

From Einstein's equations, matter (times a constant) and energy are equivalent. So you, like your chair, are energy at the most fundamental level.

the constant being the speed of electromagnetic waves (and light) squared.

Really all matter is made up of atoms: protons, neutrons, electrons... etc.
So on that level, yes you are made up of the same fundamental materials.

You don't need relativity to draw this conclusion.

The potential energy of any mass is E=MC2.

Times the mass by the (speed of lightxthe speed of light)

(C=celiritas)

Thats why spliting even a few atoms can lead to such big bangs.

-b +/- square root of (b2 - 4ac) / 2a and I like getting breakfast sandwiches from Manhatten Bagel.

E=mc^2 is a special case.
E=(gamma)mc^2-mc^2
where gamma is the lorentz transformation
