Using custom cards bitmaps with latest PokerStars upgrade

Hi,

Until now I was using some cards from the 'net for PS, since they were very nice looking and easy to see. With today's update they made the beta the official version and with this they switched the card representation in the gx/ directory from one bitmap per card to something like : some bitmaps with all suites and some bitmaps with all the ranks and they seem to be mixed internally to make the final card. I can't find a way to make it use my old nice cards, does anyone have any ideas how/if it can be tweaked ?
