Default Joseph Hacem....the real deal?

He played in two events last year, cashed in both, including a certain ME win. Now he's at the FT of the 6 handed event. Is this guy more of a real deal than anyone though or did any of you think he was already?

Early days, but he certainly seems at home at the WSOP.

He has earned less than $100k in tournament prize money since his ME Event win last year, which I am sure was well short of covering his expenses on the year.

Thank goodness for the Pokerstars sponsorship deal. Oh yeah, and the $7.5M!!

equid,

you appear to be missing the point.

the final table of this event only holds 6 players.

This is a 6max Event. So they are probably 4 and 4 atm.

Citanul,

I could have sworn they moved together for one "final table" last year which had 9 players.

Our Final Table Is Set

"The table folds around to Joseph Hachem who was on the button. Hachem pushes all-in for $230,000, David Soloman folds from the small blind and Mirza Nagji calls the all-in for his last $44,000 in chips. Nagji has the K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Hachem has the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. As the table stands up, Hachem asks "You think an ace is coming?". The flop brings Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] giving Nagji no help. The turn is the 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] meaning that Nagji is drawing to 2 outs going into the river since Hachem holds the 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] with three clubs on the board. The river is the J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and Hachem takes down the pot with Ace high. Nagji finishes in 7th place taking home $42,642, and Hachem now has $297,000 going into tomorrow's final table."
