I will also vouch for the floorpeople. My experience with them from Event #2 gave me a very good impression. My dealers were all good as well but I could see how with as many as they need there will be some bad one.

I'm assuming she's the manager of like, the boxes, or something like that? Ask to talk to whomever is running the entire place at that moment. It's $25, it's a waste of that person's time, but 1) they will come and talk to you most likely because it is a "customer service industry" and 2) the manager of the boxes and whatnot will do almost anything not to have that happen.
