Interesting heads up battle taking place right now between Daniel and Mike Sexton. Mike had him outchipped at one point 2.2 mil to 500k and now Negreanu's up 1.5 to 1.2..

How did Sexton get in? Didn't you have to qualify through the ME and the circuit events? What did he do?

Does it seem weird to anyone else that they had the TOC before the WSOP started? Shouldn't the upcoming tourneys have something to do with who gets into the TOC? How did they decide on these 27 entrants?

WSOP'05 ME FT and WSOP circuit event winners got in.. and of cource everybody who had hundred million dollar sponsor deal with WSOP.

Why don't they hold the TOC at the end of the WSOP, a few days after the main event, and include all of the winners from every 2006 event?
