Day 1 Option for ME?

If this has been discussed or mentioned previously, forgive me.
Why not have 4 different day ones at 4 separate Harrah's properties in Vegas? That evens the playing field and is great opportunity for Harrah's to generate traffic at multiple properties.
Negative is the extra dealers required for the one day of action.

The number of dealers necessary would be absurd I think, but I dont know how it works.
