flopping two pair or trips

against typical 30 - 35% vpip players, should i be betting the flop when i hit two pair after limping in or induce a bluff (assume two players remain)? Ive been getting to0many folders and not getting paid lately.

Also, when heads up on a flush draw and in position....do i take the free card if checked to me or try and steal the pot (again, assume its a standard vpip 30% player)?
