Default My letter to WSEX for enhancements. - Another Thread!

I'll post the response once I receive it.

I lost my inital deposit, and thought this would be a good time to send a note.

WSEX,

I was very excited by your NO RAKE poker. I deposited $1,000 to try it out. I found the software to be different but was happy to support your site.

I lost the initial deposit and will not be making an additional depsoit until the following upgrades make your site more user friendly:
1) Make it easier to tell when it is my turn
2) Save ALL Hand histories to a local drive. I need this information for tax purposes. It's a pain to have to write down each session in a separate place and to keep requesting emails wondering if you missed any.
3) Allow the seeing of other players cards when they play the hand until the showdown (as part of the Hand History). Without it the danger of collusion is to prevalent. Paranoid I know, but ultimately paranoia keeps our money safe.

I look forward to getting my rakeback and intend to run the funds through a Sports Bet at least once everytime I receive the rakeback. I'm not a big Sportsbettor but like most poker players I enjoy making an occasional $100 or $200 bet. And it would be a way of thanking you for having the poker feature. Might as well give the money to you instead of the local bookie

I hope everything works out and I look forward to coming back and playing on your site in the future.

Just saying "easier to tell when its my turn" is too vague. If you expect them to make changes you need to be more detailed.

You are pathetic too. I'm sure they will get right on those things you are crying for.

You can't tell when it's your turn?

Jeez.

It didn't take to long to get the 5 max thing in there did it? No need to bash the OP.

my list:
1) pls blink when it is my turn, it makes gameplay faster for me and my opponents
2) dont put chips over my (small) hole cards on the 5 max tables
3) fix the blinds when game is HU: dealer should be SB
4) add a 'fold to any bet button': it will speed up the game (at least when im in it)
5) don't make the client seize keyboard priority whenever it pops up when it is my turn to act
6) allow us to sit at more than 3 tables
7) pls store HHs on the hard drive
8) pls include all hole cards in the HH from the players that went to showdown
9) allow for some time to reconnect when someone gets disconnected in stead of switching to disconnect protect mode instantly
10) open a new browser window whenever i chose an option in the client that takes me to an internet site

These are the same issues I'm having and I think I'll write a similar letter.

And I can't believe I'm actually falling for their ploy and putting money on the A's to win it all.

Plenty of people are having this issue. If you are playing 1 or 2 tables it is not a big deal. If you are playing 6 or 8 or 10, then the wpex tables become very very confusing. I was planning to write a letter to them since yesterday, and thankfully MN got me off my lazy ass to do it.

I dont mind it popping up, but i mind it seizing keybord priority. Stars does this as well, party doesnt. It's one of the few things I hate about stars.
