If all he has is split Queens you aren't that far behind, so a call on third seems OK. If the cards fall right, catching a trey or Kings might not scare him off if he thinks you are chasing low.

By fifth, your equity has really dropped and I think a fold is in order.

On 5th,he's betting because he's afraid of a check-through.He has a good hand.And your actual hand is worse than the one that you've been representing.Fold.

I was very torn and felt like folding on fifth and sixth. (more so on sixth)
Running the numbers..
46% on third
54% on forth
37% on fifth
25% on sixth

so fifth looks like the best spot to fold.
