Re: XMAS music already - UGH
93.1 FM in Indianapolis (an already horrible station) switched the other day to their "93 days of Christmas." Yes, 93 days of nothing but Christmas music. Why the [censored] do we need this for 25% of the year? It's no wonder people hate Christmas anymore and christians have trouble getting new recruits.

I worked in retail for 9 years, and it has driven me to the point where I hate Christmas carols. [/ QUOTE ] I cashiered in a store in college, and I now hate every secular carol there is. Ironically, I like the more religious ones more than I used to, because I hear them less. |

Went to Costco today to get some tires. They had Christmas Holiday music on. Note, it is not only before Thanksgiving, it is before Halloween. Do we really need to listen to this for 3 months???? [/ QUOTE ] This [censored] makes me want to gouge my eyes out. |

Re: XMAS music already - UGH
I like Christmas music, but each carol once through, and that's it; I'm good 'til the next year. It's absurd that they've already started with the music in some places. Every year around here, they start right after Thanksgiving and by the time December rolls around, each time I hear another Christmas song, I lean more towards suicide.
