Re: Would you stand up after tripling up?
If I have a big stack because I just stacked the table fish and then he leaves, I usually will leave shortly after if the rest of the table is good/decent. On the other hand if the table is still good and/or the fish stays then I'll usually just stay until I'm tired or not playing well/making good decisions.

Re: Would you stand up after tripling up?
Evaluate the value of the table as usual.
If your playing deeper it means you need to exercise pot control a lot, and your implied odds go up (in both directions) but it shouldnt be a major concern as its a good skill to learn, even if it means its a costly one on occassion. Fwiw in my session tonight i had a 4.5 buy in stack and only left because i wrapped up my session (admitably it was a PL table so pot control is miles easier to perform correctly). |

[ QUOTE ]
If a tough player is directly on your left, also with 300BB, you should quit. [/ QUOTE ] If OP had to ask the question then I'm pretty sure he's not in games with tough players and its probably rare for anyone to get that deep. Honestly, at lower limits the huge (300+ BB) stacks are typically fish. |
