Absolute Reload Bonus Problems
For more than 6 months now I havent gotten a chance to enter a bonus code. When I go to the cashier and deposit there just just simply isnt a field to enter a bonus code. When I emailed support they told me this was a known issue they were working on, but nothing has changed in 6 months. They told me to just make my deposits as normal and email support and my account would be credited.
That worked fine for a while, but then support quit answering my emails and crediting my account promtly. I used to be that sometime with 12 hours so sending an email my account would be credited. The last two times I had to send two or three emails before they'd respond. Currently I've sent 5 emails asking for last Fridays bonus and I sitll havent gotten an answer. Anyone else having similiar problems? Anything that can be done or is it time to give up on AP?
