Default Lost a W-2G

I placed in a tournament earlier in the year at Caesars and got a W-2G. I feel like a bonehead and can't find it anywhere right now. Anyone know where I can get a copy of this? I'm sure I should probably call Caesars first. Should I call some government agency in Nevada? I haven't done anything yet just asking for ideas. Thanks.

Call Caesars. No one else will have it besides the IRS, and they may not have it yet.

1. Did they withhold taxes from your winnings?
2. If they didn't and you can remember what the payout was, it is not a crisis. You do not have to submit the W-2G with your tax return if you are not claiming income tax withheld from it.
