[/ QUOTE ] They looked that bad in Cleveland too, BAL and CIN are both [censored] awful. Which is kinda funny cuz I doubt you can find anyone who would have predicted CLE and PIT would be the only 2 playoff contenders in the AFC North. |

I'm still shocked Billick didn't realize Kyle Boller could not throw an accurate ball over 10 yards.

Re: No Monday Night Football fread?!
Hey Baltimore defense: the good news is you held pro-bowl running back Willie Parker to 42 yards on 23 carries. The bad news is you suck.

[/ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] Would be the only way the Browns beat the Steelers next week. [/ QUOTE ] It's gonna be a shootout regardless. [/ QUOTE ] A shootout? It's not going to be a shootout by any stretch if it's Browns offense vs. steelers D and Batch vs. Browns D. James [/ QUOTE ] Cleveland: PTS 28.4 (4th) YDS 365.4 (4th) PASS YDS 254.5 (7th) RUSH YDS 110.9 (17th) Haven't watched a Browns game recently have you? [/ QUOTE ] I'm aware of what the Browns have done. I'm simply saying that no game involving Charlie Batch at QB and the Steelers D will wind up being a "shootout." Maybe one team puts up a huge game, maybe the other, but not both. James |

Re: No Monday Night Football fread?!
Cleveland is not a complete team, Pittsburgh is.
To be a complete team imo you must have: A good ground attack A passing attack that can maintain possession by completing passes and first downs. An element of explosiveness, big play capability Passable special teams with no glaring holes. A strong defense against both the pass and the run. This includes ability to drop into coverage, pressure the quarterback, create turnovers, and sniff out the run. IMO a huge element of this is a good offense that keeps the defense off the team. Cleveland has an explosive offense that can move the ball by air, but they have yet to establish a credible and consisten running attack. They can break big runs but get stuffed at the line too often. The defense is full of holes, and is especially weak at stopping the run. While Cleveland does have a decent chance at winning the AFC North even now, they are not as good a team as Pittsburgh at this time. |

Re: No Monday Night Football fread?!
Ray Lewis with the standard "lol we stopped willie parker. lets see them win in Baltimore" comments after the game.
