UB problems?

I signed up for the 10am tournament at UB and never got invited to my seat. Now there appears to be no record of the tournament....its not in completed or in progress sections. I went to check if they credited my account and it said "you currently have no real money transactions." anybody got a clue?

i think they are updating, i was having trouble with cash tables ~1am where they froze up and so forth.

They sent me an email with my historical real money transactions but it only had deposits and withdrawals (not tournamnet fees and cashes). I had the same tournament issue last night and received a refund this morning. Email support if you don't get a refund soon.
