Default Still safe for US players to deposit?

I was thinking about loading up some money on stars via e-passporte. Is it still safe to do so?

I'm not asking if its 100% safe, i just want to know if it is as safe as it was before the 270 day grace period expired.

What are you looking for here? Go read the epassporte thread. So far everything is fine.

OMG, there are about a zillion (possibly slight over estimation) threads about this exact issue. The short answer was "yes". If you need more information than that, go read the ePassporte thread as suggested by PokerAddict.

I have it on good authority that special, highly-trained government operatives will bust into your house within 48 hours of your deposit. No proof, but, you know, watch your back.

WTF! What do you expect us to say to you?

I cashed out $500 from stars to epassporte early Monday morning and it just hit EP an hour ago.

However, THE PAST IS NO PREDICTOR OF THE FUTURE AND YOU MAY LOSE ALL YOUR MONIES.
