Instead of a home game for Rice, it is a 90 min drive from e. Ill. I think it changes it to a "no-bet" with e.Ill being the slight fav. As I said before, I believe that Rice is a fav on a neutral court. They question is by how much, and how much HFA does E.Ill get playing in Iowa City. Why are they playing this meaningless game btwn teams that can't win in Iowa City?
