by no means are we criminals...only the banks...the law has nothing to do with individuals and that is for a specific reason...banks will listen while individuals will not. instead of the govt having responsibility to shut it down they placed the responsibility in the hands of the banks...trust me, the banks wont risk their balls for a few transactions
