Well if a guy in LA donated at 11pm pacific time tonight, wouldn't that mean he donated on November the 5th?

I guess so! But if you wanna go by a 24 hour deadline I guess you use the ET time. I'm not sure how that will work. Anyway, he's hit $6.7 million already so the pace is actually picking up! He might surpass $7.1 million before 2 hours are up!
