PartyPoker tourney summaries

So I'm back on party for now. There software has always given me problems. Why they can't introduce something to automatically request certain tournament summaries and hand histories I will never know. So here is the deal.

I play SnGs on there. After every SnG I get a message asking if I'd like the summary sent to my email. Most of the time it gets there but every now and them party fails to send me a batch of hand histories. In the past I've always called them and went through a long hassling process where they usually say they can only send five and tell me to call back tomorrow for another five. They really say this! It's ridiculous.

Anyway...Is there another more efficient way to go about this? I've never received a single email return from party in the past but maybe I'm emailing the wrong people. Anyone have success emailing them for stuff like this?

I'd really like to avoid calling them. Not only do I live in Thailand but it is usually a very painful process to boot.
