villain is a good regular at 5 10 NL, and we played heads up 2 days ago for a while and there was a lot of action. i feel his hand range is pretty narrow here. whats best action here?

QQ can be discounted from villains range to a large degree. If he respects your game he's not going to expect a call here from AJ, so there would be no value in him raising this flop with QQ. I would expect a c/c from QQ. This looks like AA, JJ,or AhQh, . You're in pretty bad shape against that range, I would fold.

CALL CALL CALL CALL

3 is a unlikely given he has called a 3bet OOP. Hardly any good regular is going to do that with a 3, so we are now only behind JJ or AA here. Since this is a 5/10, I'm sure he will push a lot more hands worse than KK here for value, and add in some semi bluffing hands (and pure bluffs) and this is a super easy call.
