I had just been moved to this table. Comments on all streets would be appreciated. I couldn't decide whether to reraise the min raise preflop, ended up just calling. After he checked the flop and min raised the turn I was positive he was pretty strong (7-7, 4-4, or A-7, maybe A-A, K-K or A-K) so I had no fold equity for a push, however I was getting a little better than 4-1 so I called trying to hit the flush. Seeing as how he was committed I reasoned I could save some chips if the flush missed. The river messed that plan up. How should I have played this river? Overall, with my comfortable chip position, is it even worth it to get involved in hands like this when I have no feel for the table yet?

I'd bet around 4000 on the flop to see where I'm at, probably fold to resistance.

i would shove preflop, id like to be deeper preflop if im calling oop. especially when you have zero reads.

i never bet this flop personally.

i think i would c/c turn, either he was slowplaying intending to raise or he will most likely just fold to the turn bet. also not worried about free cards unless he has like precisely QhJh he has very few outs.

river fine.

folding pf is awful, its a minraise from lp

checking turn is ok too, as long as you're check/calling (and not checkraising).
