Default Stars 50 NL - all-in on turn...thoughts?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($154.90)
BB : Villain ($31.15)
UTG ($78.05)
MP ($88.55)
Hero ($49.20)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
2 folds, Hero raises to $2.5, SB calls $2.25, BB : Villain calls $2.

Flop: ($7.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Villain checks, Hero bets $5, SB folds, Villain calls $5.

Turn: ($17.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villain checks, Hero bets $41.7 (All-In)

And again, against a different Villain...I'm all-in even if the Q doesn't come. These bets looked too much like blocker bets for me not to go all-in. What would you guys have done?

I fold preflop in hand one: yes I'm a nit like that. Having not done that I think betting $11 on the turn is ok but I don't mind the push if you're not going to fold.

Hand 2 is nice. If the Q doesn't come on the turn I'd fold though but again, I'm a nit.

1st hand - i don't like. is that a bluff? what worse hand is calling?

2nd hand - as played, i like. im not a fan of shoving the turn on a say a 2c if he donks.

Hand 1: Preflop and flop are both fine. Wtf on the turn? This is a good line if you really want to maxamize your losses and minimize your wins.

Hand 2: pretty player dependant, against an unknown I probably raise the turn to about 13 or so. Hoping to get a river check from him. Obviously folding if he shoves or calls and shoves the river. Not willing to call most bets on the river, they'd have to be very small.

Hand 1: What does this accomplish? You fold everything you beat and lose a ton when you're smoked.

Hand 2: I think you'd have to raise to at least $20 or so since villain might be playing a draw like a fool, at which point you might as well go ahead and shove. So I think it's fine.

In any of these cases, if I knew Villain was a call station, would it change any of your responses?

hand 2

only thing tht calls you is a hand tht beats you. call turn or raise to about 12.

hand 1 i think with your push your really only gets called by hands that beat you, i dont mind firing turn but not pushing.

2nd hand the flop is somewhat drawy he donks into us i dont mind a raise...i dont mind a raise on turn but once again not a push, i dont think that just callin is so bad here either

second hand is goot, but i dont like the first one. i dont really like a cbet because you are 3way and you cant really represent anything that credible other than an overpair, so id expect some calls from Ax/Kx hands looking to spike, or TP hands and overpairs that dont want to fold. as played the board is really dry and he has called which makes me feel like he's got something he likes the look of, which lowers your FE. if the board was co-ordinated more i would like this better.
