I didnt really garner what happened from that thread. If people decided to go with another affiliate, therefore "breaking" a non-existant contract w/ buster, I dont see why he should have to pay?? It was them who broke the "contract" first, correct? Im cnfzd.

Anyone care to lay odds that this is one of Buster's new accounts?

No, its not, I can gaurantee that, I honestly just dont know what happened. If he didnt pay someone that he owed money to then he is an ass. If people broke off their partnership w/ buster before waiting for an explanation during teh whole party fiasco, then I would be a little more lenient. I just want a blow by blow of what happened, during the party split, that thread really didnt do a good job imo.

Cnfuzzd,

What you are saying is false. I challenge you to show me one person who was not paid for the month before the split. If I had my way, obviously the split would have never happened, but for you to say that I was anything less than professional before then is completely false, as anyone who has done business with me can attest to.

Your logical opinion will not go far against this mob mentality. I don't recommend taking my side, for your sake.

im sorry. you are right. It was the two weeks leading up to the party split. Thats what we didnt get paid for. Note, i was still playing on empire after the split.

Also, fwiw, im not arguing about the justifications of your actions. Clearly, all people who arent [censored] retards understand that you are in the wrong. Im just asking that everyone continue to point that out as often as possible. Kind of like giving karma a little heads up.

peace

absolutely of course I did. I said finish out the month and I will pay you in full. Obviously there was no contractual agreement, but I felt this was appropriate on 2 levels.

a) It would benefit both of us

b) I would not be ABLE to pay the promised % if revenue had stopped right then because it was early in the month and I had to hit a specific tier to receive an amount that would allow me to pay properly.

the agreement is this. every cent you pay in rake under the account you signed up under me gets xx%. wherever else you play, and whatever else you do is none of my business.

as for the party fiasco, there was widespread panic especially among the affiliates as that is how most if us paid our bills. i can say that upwards of 95% of the affiliates honored every payment that was due to be made, while others (buster) didnt.

Yes, I got paid for the 8 days before the split, not even at the percentage I was supposed to pay out.

Where I come from, everyone would just put enough money together to get one or two people on a plane to his city.

He is lucky you are all a bunch of spineless internet nerds.

Just ban all his aliases and his IP. He'll stop coming back eventually.
