Pokertracker and Top Pair
My computer is out for a few days so I can't post my PT stats, but in looking at my play, I've made money on all 2 pair or better hands and lost money on High Card and One Pair hands. Overall I'm a breakeven player at NL25.
Is this a big leak, or is losing money with One Pair standard - I'd assume losing money with High Card is also standard after many hands? Anyone care to post their stats or a screenshot? |

Re: Pokertracker and Top Pair
stop stacking off with one pair so easily? Don't know what to tell you. Most mistakes happen postflop in NL, post some hand histories.

Re: Pokertracker and Top Pair
Do the stats include times you folded and THEN hit a pair? There is a check box I think!
I know in Limit my 1 pair hands were losers and I was a 2BB/100 player 2/4 to 5/10 (until the music stopped and the band stopped playing because of a certain Bill). |

Re: Pokertracker and Top Pair
This is in the known final hand summary right?
Over 58k hands: High card - (6.7k) One pair - (7.5k) Two pair - (1.9k) Trips - 4.4k Str8 - 4.6k Flush - 3.2k Quads - 0.8k Overall up 1.3k. Compared to me, you're doing well to be winning at 2 pair. However, this summary in PT includes all hands where there was a showdown so I'm not sure how useful it is. I mean I folded one of my royal flushes pre flop (T5o lol) and that's in the mix. So I'm not sure these stats are worth worrying about imo. |

Re: Pokertracker and Top Pair
I've was wondering also why ONe Pair Hand is a big loser, but there are also bottom, underpairs etc. included in the data - and these hands of course are losers.
