Opponent has been playing pretty solid boring poker for the last 20 minutes..then this hand..?

no but this hand does remind me a little of one that i did play (where i had the under pair)

"He wouldn't play top pair like this because I could have him beat, he wouldn't play a 2-pair or set type hand like this because he'd want to extract value. He put all his chips in therefor he must have a draw."

This is a common nit/tag strategy:

A. Play standard nitty/taggy style. Do absolutely nothing creative for hours.
B. When this becomes too boring, figure out the most ridiculous, incorrect, horribly fishy way to play a hand that even a 84/38/5 would be shocked by.
C. Execute B. in a manner that absolutely 100% guarantees you will get to showdown and that all of the money goes in when you are drawing to 3 outs or less.
D. Suckout
E. ....
F. Profit
G. Repeat

Seriously at least once a day I get a hand like this against a 16/13/3 mega-nit and I'm almost positive I have never won.
