You put his range as 55+?
Ok, it's plausible but his hand, to me, makes most sense if it has an ace in it. We've made it harder for ourselves by not betting the flop as has been mentioned.
I think with 55-99 he'll most probably check call all the way down. I dunno if he'd start going crazy with these on the tuen.
Maybe with TT+ he'll take the line he has but those sort of hands should raise pf.
I know it's tough to fold as there are is a huge (possible) range we beat but I'd give a much lower chance to him having those. I mean he's saying he has an ace. He's said it twice in fact [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
I think it's more marginal than most people. Calling isn't terrible but I don't think folding is either.

Why did you call the turn if you were thinking of folding this river? Either you thought he had an Ace, 4x, 44 or PP. If you thought he had an Ace or 44, you would have folded the turn. If not, the river helps you against 4x.
