Default Deep live hand vs. Gary Stevenson

Was playing at TStone this weekend. I met a lot of 2p2ers and a lot of people who loved to mock 2p2ers and had fun trip despite not making it past the 2nd hour in the 2 donkaments that I played. I will probably write up a trip report later in the week

The following hand took place after 10 hours of play in the 10/20nl 'big' game. We were 4 handed.

For those of you not familiar with the villain Gary is a very tight, very solid player who is a smart thinking player. My table image was of a loose maniac.

Hero- $8500
Gary- $7500

Hero is in the BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Preflop:
UTG blind limps, button folds, Gary completes, Hero raises to 100, Gary calls.

Before the flop comes Hero holds $200 in his hand and tells Gary that he will bet 200 on the flop no matter what comes down.

Flop ($220) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
GS checks, Hero bets $200, GS calls.

Turn (620) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
GS checks, Hero bets $500, GS raises to $1400 straight, Hero pushes...

looks familiar.

you say hes tight so his turn c-r seems he's got a real hand here. does he call here with 2pair? if he's only calling w. set/straight here then you are going to be about a 4:1 dog going to the river which sucks balls and i don't think you have much FE after a turn cr. this deep i like a call more than push.

I think this post is a joke. It's just a complete ripoff of grim's hand. He states he was playing maniacal, but all the other hands cornell has posted have been about how he's a nit and decides to go all in happy once every few hundred hands.

seems very unlikely he's c/r'ing the turn with plans to fold to a push, and even more unlikely he has a worse hand/he will call with a worse hand.
