You've got top pair and an oesd. In a $1 tournament, he could very well be doing this with a flush draw, a straight draw that just paired, overcards, undercards, no cards. I shove here. If he has a naked 9, we've still got 10 outs.

It's near impossible to figure what you are up against after 7 pre-flop limps in a $1 tourney. The only advice I can give is try and make your decision based on if CO doubled up against MP3 with a solid hand or luckboxed it.
