No reads. I think i butchered this hand but would love some constructive criticism. pre flop i had been playing pretty tight so i decided to switch it up a bit. looking back i should have just folded.

I just called with the hopes someone behind me would see the min bet and call as weakness and raise it up. i thought most likely noone caught anything and if i raised straight out it would get folded around

yes fold pre. i raise it in CO and fold it in MP, full game

flop, what are you doing, he bet 1bb into a 16.5 bb pot. act like he never bet and make std c-bet size "raise"

by the river u have a concealed flush so i just bet it all in, since MP has less than pot size. but u can get it all in by the turn if u just raised...

Fold preflop without a specific reason to do otherwise. Raise flop to like $3 (I just interpret that minbet as a check, and I definitely would have bet if checked to). As played, you can shove river. He'll call you with every jack he has, all lower flushes, and 98 for the straight. So much value here.

thank you for the comments. my concern was the flop was unlikely to hit anybody. i guess i was trying to squeeze some more value out. but it back fired at the end lol. the villain caught the backdoor nut flush

Please raise this flop, and not just for value. You need to raise flop to disallow villains from getting the right odds to draw (ie inside straight draw with T9).
