Has this announcing crew ever watched college football before? You can't review an incomplete pass? LOLOLOLOLOLOL. There's an average of 10 reviews per game on incomplete passes.

the announcers never seem to know what's reviewable. i see this every week (i don't know either, but it's not my job)

It would be nice for once if the announcers had any clue about the rules of the sport they are covering. Why would anybody think that play couldn't be reviewed? What an idiot.

I also love how pissed the announcer was about the refs "wasting" a whole minute or two making sure they got a very important call correct.
