Need help choosing art for my house $$ to winner

I would like to buy 1 or 2 paintings for my house. Will ship $20 on either Absolute or Party to anyone who discovers a painting that I go on to buy. I am particularly interested in landscapes and city scenes. I dont really own any proper art only prints. I will probably end up getting an Alexei Butirskiy and would appreciate comments/opinions of which of his paintings you personally like best. They can be found at this site http://www.whittkrauss.com/art.asp?f=&a=6&p=1 among others. This is a reasonable indication of the sort of thing im looking for. I have a budget of up to 4k per piece(dont have to be originals can be grychees or whatever they are called)

Shadow: My mum likes Monet so im gonna pass b/c I dont want my house to look like hers lol

I like Alexei b/c his paintings are pretty dark in general if that helps anyone with suggestions.
