The Worst Song I\'ve Ever Heard
This is not a thread about politics, so let's try and leave politics out of this. This thread is about this song I just heard on the radio. It's called "Dear Mr. President", it's by Pink with the Indigo Girls, and it makes me want to jam ice picks in my ears.
Here: YouTube gives you the opportunity to feel my pain! As painful as it will be, try to listen to the whole thing, because I'm not sure you can appreciate its terribleness without getting every last ounce of its stupidity. The last line itself really should be experienced. God, I want to kick everyone involved with this in the [censored].

It's basically somebody ranting with music in the background. Compare this with, say, "Ohio" by CSNY, another overtly political song and I think the difference is apparent. But right now, half an hour after I heard it for the first time, I'm sure I can't put my hatred for this song into words. Give me a few hours.

The lyrics are pretty trite and the melody is kind of meh. The twangy guitar certainly doesn't help.
But... I dunno, nothing about it stands out to me as more terrible than most pop music. For a really horrific song, check out "The Reason" by Hoobastank.
