Villian was 14/1.67 after 60 hands. Couldnt put him on a 4 with those stats, so the turn raise confused me a bit. Advice on any street

villians turn bet could be in response to your very waek flop bet, trying to steal the pot, why not make it around 3/4 of the pot. he could have almost anything, 2 clubs would be likely, what did he have in the end or did u fold?

Ended up having pocket kings. kings full of fours. Limped on the button with kings..
