Default Is rarely defending your blinds a leak?

Simple question, why or why not?

i doubt that its a "leak" per se, but everyone i know with insanely high winrates lose extremely little from their blinds. Obviously the way they lose so little is by playing an optimal range of hands from the blinds and playing really good poker postflop oop.

as i know youre playing the same limits as i do: the amount at which some of the regs are defending their blinds is def not a good thing considering their postflop skills.

I dont think it's a leak. Restealing more might boost your winrate though if you are able to play goood in 3-bet pots or your opponents fold too much to 3-bets.

don't know how people are answering this question without an agreed upon idea of "rarely". anyone want to try to put an operational definition on that (SB and BB both)?
