Cannot access UB cashier.....

When I log on to UB and try to go to the cashier it says "Please click on the my account page! If it is still an issue, close and restart the application and re-login".

Can anyone tell me if they are currently having the same problem, or is it just me?

i had that a long time ago, it fixed itself i think

Seems strange it would "fix itself" unless there was an issue at the server that was corrected. It is strange because other players have told me they can access the cashier OK.

I tried uninstall/reinstall with no success.

Is anyone else having this problem, or does your UB cashier work fine?

hey there yes im having the exact same problem since their software upgrade. e mailed cs two days ago still no reply,did you have any success fixing this?
