I really don't get this. It looks to me like you lost $4k on the month at presumably 400NL. I'm not sure how many hands this is over, but have you never been down 10+ buy-ins over a long stretch? Actually, this appears to be over ~20k hands. I think you must not have experienced much variance so far in poker, because this is basically nothing. Move down and grind it back.

Edit: OK so your BB is $3, as near as I can tell. I'm not trying to be overly harsh; it sucks to lose. My point is just that if you're serious about poker, you'd better be prepared to experience swings like this and much worse from time to time.

You defend way too much in both SB and BB when they raise in CO and BU.

Steal much more too.
Cbet some more.


At times you can see leaks in stats and this is an obvious case.
