Default Micro FR discussion

I know we have quite a few players here who play 10NL or lower and are working our way up to the 25NL game.

Maybe we could discuss areas of our game that we need to work on. what site you play on and if any bonus/rb is available at your level.

What area of your game is possibly holding you back.

The April nit thread is mostly players who play higher than us and I didn't want to clutter their thread with this stuff.

Highvillage, that is pretty impressive. It took me a whole lot longer to get from NL5 to NL50. What is your winrate and over how many hands?

I was a break even player on AP for a year or two while I was learning the game. Then I moved over to Bodog and generated about $1500 in 6 months through cash games and MTT. I definitely think Bodog is a great place to generate a bankroll. It's uber soft and people call you down w/ AJ as high cards sometimes.

I quit playing online right after the UIGEA, but picked it up again after tworags.com gave me $12 for posting some cardroom reviews on their site. I got a $50 bonus offer from FTP about the same time. So I got Tworags to put the $12 into my very empty FTP account and this Thursday night I played some $2+.25 turbo SNGs and ran my account up to $31. I have $10/NL cashed gamed it since then because I really don't prefer SNGs and I have gotten my account up to just under $60. I prefer 3 tabling and hope to start 4 tabling soon. I've only earned $10 of my bonus account so far.

The addition of Gametime+ has really helped a lot, I recommend this or PAHUD to anyone playing online poker. The decision making process becomes so much easier when you know exactly where your opponent is in his aggression and looseness.

After UIGEA I pulled all but $20 off Bodog and that account is currently at $141. I kept the rest as a live game BR so that my wife never has to worry where my poker money is coming from.

I run about 25-30/10-7/4-2 on Bodog as a guess because I can't get Dogwatch to work there yet.
I run ~23/9/3 since Friday on FTP @ >10BigBets/100 hands (900 hands.)

If Barney Frank comes through, I really hope to make a run at it professionally, but without the lever of online bonuses and rakebacks, turning pro live will take a long time to accomplish.

I play 10NL of FTP I started with $100 and bought in for $5 until I had $200 and then I bought in for $10. I now 3 table 10NL and will soon be taking shots at 25NL with my ~$300 BR.

As for my main weaknesses: Being too agressive against players who will not fold and missing valuebets/calling too many other players river value bets. My biggest one is playing too many pots pre-flop out of poistion.

I got no rakeback besides the PPA bonus, and I am beating the game for 3.4 PT BB/100
