Default Lowest fee method of cashout?

What is the method of cashout with the lowest fee? Checks are fixed-fee, so that depends on the amount of withdrawal, but do e-wallets like ePassporte charge the same 5% load fee to receive money from a poker site as they do to load from a bank or CC?

Fee for withdrawing from ePassporte is I think a flat $2 for a withdrawal up to $600 (if you have a select account) and free from an ATM, though you have to pay the ATM fees.

Is that the fee for moving money from the site to ePassporte or from ePassporte back into my bank acct/greedy little hands? I can only assume they take cuts on both sides.
