I feel like with the raise to 700 here, you're representing a big pair. Since JJ, QQ, and KK are a large part of your range here, I'd play it just like you would a set. Personally, I lead for 800 here with a willingness to three-bet all-in.

I check. His UTG limping range is give or take 22-JJ/AQ/AK/KQ. He isn't going to call 3 streets with AQ/AK so you might as well save yourself from getting CRed when you are behind (or even worse getting CRed when you are ahead.)

That said, I definitely don't hate a bet here, a check on the turn, and a bet on the river line either.
