Best time of day for a european to play poker online?

Hello I am from the UK and am currently grinding out the lowest limits on PS to build up my br. So far so good but i have noticed games early on throughout the day aren't as fishy as later on in the day, just by looking at the plyrs/flop tab.

My questions are:

1) When is the best time to play?
2) Are there certain periods of the day I shouldn't bother playing in?
3) Is there a site populated with UK poker players that is worthwhile playing on?

In the mornings. You could check out a cryptologic skin, lots of UK players and most of them are really bad.

In the morning on PS or in the morning against UK on a "cryptologic skin"? In the morning on PS seems quite rocky compared to evening time.

Also what is the meaning of "cryptologic skin"?

Any input from anybody is greatly appreciated.
