Default Stars won\'t let me cashout

I have been able to scramble around the last few days and consolidate all my Neteller money into Stars. I planned on leaving a 10k balance in my account, and cashing out the other 50k via check.

I understood in advance that Stars would probably not like this. I sent an e-mail to Stars explaining my situation, explaining why I needed to cashout such a large amount, and explaining why for the games I play, $10k is a sufficient amount to leave in there. I thanked them for being a safe place for my money in these times. I received the following response (from cashier@pokerstars.com):

I was pretty thrilled with their once again stellar support. Until I received the following e-mail this morning:

[ QUOTE ]

Hello Sean,

Just to confirm that I have cancelled your most recent cashout for $50,000
as all of the funds are from transferred funds and this is against the
policies at PokerStars.

You are free to play with these funds at out tables or transfer them back
to the original accounts.

Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

Best Regards,

Neal

I have asked for clarification of what this means, because frankly I really don't even know. I can cash out my money after I play X amount of hands hours? I can can only cash out my profits on top of what was transferred to me? I can cash out in smaller amounts over a longer period of time?

I'm disappointed by Stars here. Their security department approved every single peer to peer trasfer going through their system (sometimes taking multiple e-mails and hours). So is this really a matter of security or a matter of revenue? I understand that they ate some Neteller transaction fees to be able to even get me this money, but I AM leaving money on there to generate revenue for them.

I have e-mailed Stars back asking for clarification of what I need to do to be able to cash my funds out. Anyone have thoughts or suggestions here?

It's been pretty clear for a few days now that Stars would be OK with the transfer of Neteller funds as long as you don't immediately cash them out.

What makes your situation any different than anyone else's?

buy-in 60k @ .02/.4 Limit. just sit and let they rake you for couples of hours then try to cashout the next day.
This time try to cashout 20k not same 50k amount wait for 20k go through then do another 20k.
For me I would do 9,999 cashout @ a time this way Bank don't pay attention to your deposit. every amount deposit over 10k bank will take a look at it.

this is called "structuring" and results in jail time.

I would STRONGLY recomend NOT doing this.

lol

You can't get a bunch of funds transfered and then just cash out, it's a simple flag that comes up.

On party, I used to just buy in for my full roll at the like $1/$2 limit and that didn't raise any eyebrows. They basically want you to put the money in play so just play for a little while and then cash it out.

My impression from reading other posts is that you can play a few hours at 1/2 limit holdem and that should be enough.
