Default Sick board.

Somewhat of a interesting hand which I keep thinking about because it comes up a lot and never sure on the best line on all streets, Im throwing this out there as a standard situation so lets say villain is reg, comments on all streets plz.

saw flop

Button Button ($409.50)
BB Hero ($451.40)

Preflop: Hero is in the BB with J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I think this board is more Siqq than "sick"

EDIT: btw, I think you have to fold this. Your hand is not strong, and the board is very dangerous.

I hate these situations. You are receiving 4-1 be odds. I feel the need to call because that bet is weak and I am a calling station.

call or fold will not make much of a difference in a long run IMHO without additional reads.

I agree with this, the most annoying thing is that every hand i beat 90%+ of the time raises this river right?

Also what flop line do you guys take and why..

folding would be more appropriate i think, unless the guy's been running over you all day. but it does look like a value bet. Is he a preflop calling station?? or is your 22 preflop raise pretty standard??

I think I fold here, and I'm a calling station.

Yeah, this irritates me. This thread has the most worthless title...it gives us absolutely nothing useful. If only we had cwar as mod, he could sort this stuff out.
