I particularly like Hero's line from 5th on.

I'm not sure if a cr on 4th is way the go to shut out others or not.

I don't like the potential for Seat 1 to take one off (not to mention the others) in cases where his hand is not as strong as he represents in this case, if Hero intends to CR 4th.

i would be tempted to get antsy and reraise on 4th, but I think yours is the better play.
