Default Paradise Poker: Draw Poker Is Dead!

Paradise Poker gave me $100 no strings attached so I went there and killed the five-handed $2/$4 Five Card Draw game. It was pitiful. Just us Europeans. No Americanos at all. Not quite 3000 players online. I have just finished playing as nobody is willing to play me.

The US legislation thing has killed the traffic there from what I can see. I usually play solely at Full Tilt Poker so I had not known how bad things had got but this was truly saddening. Though I had a great time winning seventy five big bets over five hundred hands (figures made neat) and I even took Mason Malmuth's Winning Concepts In Draw And Lowball off the shelf (it is my favorite two plus two tome, I guess I am just an old-timer).

Any comments? Anyone?

Yeah, its a shame that such a nice room isn't as big as it could be.

Paradise has moved to the Internation Poker Network... which is far from dead. You can get a 5/10 game going there within seconds almost always (during peak European hours). But if you're interested in playing some Draw, send me a private message, I run a Draw website with all the good draw information for online games and what not. I am also running a Draw League & Ladder, again give me a message if you want some more info. Scheduling for the ladder will start this sunday.

The purebred Americano donkey is an endangered species in the draw ecosystem

Fortunately, over in the 7stud ecosystem, they are breeding like bunnies

I even took Mason Malmuth's Winning Concepts In Draw And Lowball off the shelf (it is my favorite two plus two tome, I guess I lack even the most basic appreciation for the English language).
