Should i raise him on flop/turn as a semi bluff.

I don't usually do that, unless in re-raised pots, when i sometimes move allin; even with non-nut flush draws.

On river should i raise allin (about 3-times raise (standard)) or just clickraise, as he might fold to an allin.

Raise flop typically.

As played turn is fine. Shove river obviously.

I would raise the flop in hopes to win it straight up or get a free river card.

He bets 7 you pop it to 21 thats an extra 14 you didn't have to put in there, but most of the time saves the 15 on the turn. Unnless he improves on the turn he is likely to check. If you hit you are going to be able to value bet,if not,check in hopes the spade come on the river.

Then obvious push if spade on river after checked turn.

I have a very aggro style.

I would more likely raise with non-nut fd also. Especially if villan seldom bet flush draws.
