by not trying to bet when you have nothing and by betting when you have something (2nd pair or better).literally almost play your cards face up. he will still call.

They keep calling me with far worse hands then I have, how am I supposed to DEAL with this?

Show them the better hand. Let them take those tiny pots when you have nothing. But jam your big hands and reap of the benefits.

you bet 100 on the flop and 200 on the turn giving him odds of 1:6,5 and 1:4,25.
what was your intention with these bets - it's far to less to chase him off if he has anything at all and doesn't give you any information, cause with odds like this he can call with nearly any holding.
So what you are doing here is to build a big pot with nothing (A high). I think this kind of play will cost you a lot of money.

If you want to c-bet you have to make the bet higher - about 1/2 of the pot. But there are many other ways to play that.
