have no read on villain, but I know he has a weak pp. Is my line good enough to fold him out? or I was just unlucky that he's a big station?

This hand is terrible, esp. w/o reads.
Raise or fold the flop. Why can't BB have some Ten? And if he doesn't believe you on the turn, why should he do so on the river? It's very unlikely the King helped you in any way.

wow so so so bad

if you are gonna bluffraise do it on the flop when the pot is small and there is little invested.

on the turn that raise should be at least like $27

found his stat, he's 26/4, won when show down 50% out of 23 hands. He actually had 99 there. Any way I can play this hand better enough to make him fold his 99? thanks guys

Just fold the flop. As played if hero raises the flop it looks like a draw. The turn card is actually a better card to bluff at imo. Bet more on turn to get the job done.

Edited to say 23 hands mean jack

wow, just, wow. mk, raise flop first of all for info. The hand will probably end there. If not, check/fold to a turn bet or you are going to have to make a HUGE bluff. It's just not worth it.
I raise flop. If I'm called and he leads turn, I shut down. period.

I don't think villians call is too out of line, this looks like a monster or nothing.

I think you'd have to fire on all three streets to get him off his hand, even then maybe not.
