Default set on the river, how to play it

I raise 22 otb, sb (40/10 unremarkable) calls.

Flop A35r I bet he calls

Turn 9 he checks I check

River 2 he bets I.......call or raise?

I'll answer this another way - I think he would be correct to 3-bet hands other than a strait here as there aren't too many 4s in an open-raiser's range even on the button. As Tiger pointed out a re-bluff isn't a terrible play if you would raise-fold AK type hands. Folding a set is a mistake almost always here. I often don't fold sets when there is a 4-flush board and am amazed how often someone is betting 2-pair or worse. I don't think this situation is much different but I think a raise-fold line is much worse than flat calling. I like raise-call the most.

from the villians numbers im guessing he isnt a 3 bet re bluff kinda guy i would raise and fold to a 3 bet in this situation
