Default for green tea drinkers

i saw in store whole cloves and cinnamon sticks so i put like 3" of cin stick and about 20-30 little clove things in a big mug with teabag aand water microwaved and it is really good and no sugar.

also ginger tea is good but the ginger teabags have additives but i dont think its too bad , and it tastes great.

Ditto. Was just reading that cinnamon turns out to be a very potent anti-oxidant, though.

If you get good tea (loose leaf, probably imported from china or japan) you don't need to put anything else in it to make it taste good. Try sevencups.com or adagio.com. My favorite tea ever is seven cups' Meng Ding Cui Zhu Green Bamboo 2007.

Ok may be an idiot here but what is a Sun Brewer Jug? Do you throw in the splenda and Lemons right away or after done?

Little Vodka in it and yum yum
